Studio Policies

All group and private classes are 45 minutes long (excluding Formation Group classes).
A class or a series of classes may be cancelled or postponed if less than 2 people are enrolled.
Each student has the right to decline participation in any activity which they are not comfortable with or which they feel may be harmful. Students are also responsible for informing their instructor(s) of any physical limitation which may prevent full participation in class.
Students are required to give at least a 5 hour notice for class cancellation, otherwise they will be charged in full for the missed class. In case of cancellation please call (207.838.1180) or email (info@northeastdancing.com) us in advance.
Payments are due before the class if taking single class and before the 1^st class of a series if purchasing a package. $5 late fee will be applied to all late payments per class.
If you have to miss a class or a couple of classes in a series, you can transfer the remaining classes to the next series as long as you give a 5 hour notice for missing the classes.
Bounced checks will be assessed a $30 processing fee.
Now North East Dancing accepts credit cards along with checks and cash! If you choose to pay by check, please make check payments out to “North East Dancing”.
